We want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

Return Process

  2. Ship the item back to the address provided.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs
